Bashagha Reviews Tripoli’s Urban Security Planning During Ramadan

On Tuesday, the Minister of Interior for the Government of National Accord (GNA), Fathi Bashagha, reviewed the capital’s security plan for the month of Ramadan, including the routing of traffic inside the main and subsidiary streets of Tripoli.

According to a statement by the Ministry of Interior, a meeting was held at the Ministry to discuss the implementation of curfew hours and the precautionary measures being taken to contain the COVID-19 pandemic in the capital. The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of Interior, Brigadier Khaled Mazen, the Assistant Undersecretary for Security Affairs and a number of senior officials.
