Sabha Municipal Council calls for urgent action to confront Corona

The Sabha Municipal Council has called for urgent action to boost the city’s public health services capacity in light of the recent COVID-19 international outbreak.

This came during a meeting between the Sabha Municipal Council and the president of the Libyan Red Crescent. 

During the meeting, the attendees stressed the need to raise and improve the health officials capabilities to confront the virus.

They also urged the formation of a committee to follow up and monitor the prevention of the virus with the participation of all governmental, social and health sectors, while raising awareness on the matter in the city.
