The Chairman of the Renewable Energy Authority, Abdul Salam Al-Ansari, met with the Deputy Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Libya, Stefan Cruespi, to discuss opportunities for bilateral cooperation in the renewable energy sector. This initiative falls within the framework of Libya’s national strategy for renewable energy, aiming to enhance energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

The discussions, held at the headquarters of the authority in Tripoli, focused on leveraging Germany’s advanced expertise in solar and wind energy. Attendees emphasized the importance of knowledge exchange and sharing experiences to enhance technical capabilities and boost investments in this vital sector.
