On Thursday, the Director-General of the Libyan Reconstruction and Development Fund, Belgassim Haftar, along with the Executive Director of the Reconstruction Fund for Derna and Affected Cities, welcomed a United Nations delegation led by Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General and Humanitarian Coordinator for Libya, Georgette Gagnon, in Tripoli.
