On Sunday, the Head of the Presidential Council of the Government of National Accord (GNA), Fayez Al-Sarraj, met with the head of the Supreme National Elections Commission, Emad Al-Sayeh, to determine the commission’s readiness for the upcoming electoral entitlements.

According to Sarraj’s media office, the meeting reviewed the technical and financial matters that need to be completed, in order for the Commission to perform its work towards any electoral entitlement or a future referendum in accordance with international standards.
