Libyan Interim PM Follows Up on Functioning of Foreign Ministry

Libyan Interim Government Prime Minister Abdullah Al-Thinni was briefed on the functioning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the most prominent developments on the regional and international arenas.

This came during his meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs for Libya’s Interim Government, Abdel-Hadi Al-Hwaij, according to the Libyan Interim Government’s Media Office.

Al-Hwaij briefed Al-Thinni on the latest regional and international contacts that he did with various countries to discuss developments in the Libyan crisis and ways to solve it.

The meeting discussed all the procedures that the Ministry had conducted at the internal level, including training and raising the efficiency of employees.

The ministry proceeded to implement the Cabinet’s decision to approve the year 2020 as the year of training in Libya.

For his part, Al-Hwaij confirmed that the Ministry had trained more than 170 employees from the cities of Al-Bayda and Benghazi, through training programs that lasted for hours.

Al-Hwaij emphasized the need to maintain this work to enhance the efficiency of all workers in the various sectors of the state.
