Prime Minister of Libya’s Interim Government, Abdullah Al-Thinni, held a meeting with a number of officials to discuss the workflow of national projects.

The meeting was attended by a number of directors of project departments at the Health Ministry, the Public Authority for Transport, and the National Water Resources Corporation. Additionally, the directors of the Planning and Projects Departments of the General Electricity and Renewable Energies Authority, and the Public Authority for Housing and Utilities were also present.

Al-Thinni was also briefed on stalled projects, for the purpose of withdrawing their contractors from the operating companies. These would then be handed over to companies capable of completing the work as scheduled.

The PM stressed the necessity of outlining project plans, for the coming year. He also pointed out that a detailed plan for all targeted projects during the coming period should be presented as soon as possible to him, while taking into account the focus on remote and hard to reach areas. He also emphasized the necessity of helping cities that were destroyed, during the war against terrorism.
