Benghazi Hospital Ready to Confront Coronavirus

Under the supervision of Dr. Saad Agoub, the Interim Government’s Minister of Health, Al-Hawari General Hospital in Benghazi has prepared 17 intensive care beds as a precautionary measure to counter a possible outbreak of COVID-19.

The total number of intensive care beds in Al Hawari Hospital has reached 37.

After the countries surrounding Libya were hit by the pandemic, authorities across Libya implemented a series of precautionary measures to tackle the novel coronavirus.
