On Tuesday, the spokesman for the Libyan National Army (LNA), Major General Ahmed Al-Mismari, stated that LNA forces had successfully repelled an offensive in the Ain Zara axis.

The LNA Commander in charge of the Ajdabiya operations room, Fawzi Al-Mansouri, confirmed that more than fifteen Syrians had been killed and three armoured vehicles were destroyed during the attack.

Al-Mansouri stated that the casualties included Abd Al-Hakim Al-Zayn, a prominent fighter for Haitham Al-Tajouri’s Tripoli’s Revolutionaries’ Brigade (TRB). He also said that the LNA controlled the axis after the attack.
