Libya’s Ministry of Labour has announced that the Libyan-Korean Center has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001 certification. The Ministry confirmed that the Libyan-Korean Center achieved the international standard in management, after meeting all necessary requirements and undergoing a thorough audit by the issuing body. The certification was accredited by Systems & Services Certification, an organisation specialising in the inspection of ISO standards application, certification issuance, and training services.
The ISO 9001 certification is recognised globally as a benchmark for quality management systems. It is based on several quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the involvement of high-level company management, a process approach, and continual improvement. Organisations worldwide strive to achieve this certification as it demonstrates their commitment to providing services, and products that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
