On Tuesday, the Libyan Minister of African Affairs in the Parliament-designate government, Issa Abdelmajid, met with Mohamed Jamil Darba, an advisor to the Prime Minister of Guinea-Bissau. The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral relations and exchanging expertise across various fields.
According to a government statement, Darba delivered an oral message from Guinea-Bissau’s Prime Minister, Geraldo Martins, to Libya’s Prime Minister, Osama Hammad. The message emphasised the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two nations on several projects aimed at achieving shared strategic objectives.
The Libyan eastern-based government, led by Hammad, reaffirmed its commitment to boosting international cooperation and fostering bilateral relations with African countries. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to achieve sustainable development and stability in the region.
