On Wednesday, a delegation from the Libyan National Army (LNA) took part in the “Army 2024” forum in Moscow, underscoring the growing military collaboration between Libya and Russia. Lieutenant General Khaled Haftar, Chief of Staff of the LNA’s Security Units, spoke to Russia’s TASS news agency about the significant advancements he observed during the event.
