Al-Mishri Meets with Qatari and Turkish Defence Ministers

The head of Libya’s High State Council (HSC), Khaled Al-Mishri, met on Monday with the Deputy Prime Minister Ahmed Maiteeq, Qatari Defence Minister Khaled Al-Attiyah, Turkish Defence Minister Hulusi Akar, and the Turkish Chief of Staff Yasar Guler.

According to the Council’s media office, the participants to the meeting discussed the latest developments around the political and military situation in Libya, as well as bilateral relations.

The meeting was attended by first deputy Mohamed Baqi, second deputy Safwan Al-Masuri, rapporteur Saeed Kolle, and the Undersecretary of the Defence Ministry Salah Al-Namroush. Additionally, the Qatari Ambassador to Libya, Mohamed Bin Nasser Al-Thani, and the Turkish Ambassador to Turkey, Serhat Aksen, were part of the accompanying delegation.
