LNA General Commander Receives Egyptian Officials

The Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, received an official Egyptian delegation, in Benghazi.

This was led by Major General Ayman Badie, head of the Egyptian National Committee specialized in Libyan affairs. The LNA Military Information Division said in a briefing, that the delegation came to discuss important issues between the two countries. They also discussed the latest developments in local and international arenas.

The Egyptian delegation visited the headquarters of the Libyan Parliament Speaker Ageela Saleh, in Tobruk. They discussed the current situation in Libya and ways to end the conflict. The delegation also stressed need for a political solution and called on all concerned parties to work towards one.
