On Friday, the German ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza stressed the importance for participants of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) to have responsibility and flexibility in order to form an interim united government and work towards preparing elections.

During a phone call with the head of the High State Council, Khaled Al-Mishri, Owcza explained that the dialogue must be used to solve the Libyan crisis.

During the phone call, the two sides discussed the decisions of the LPDF which will be held in Tunis on Monday, 9th November, under the auspices of the UN Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL).
