This came during a meeting in the capital Niamey with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Government of National Accord (GNA) Mohamed Siala. This was on the sidelines of the meeting of the foreign ministers of the member states of the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID) in its 47th session.
