Breaking | Libya Reports First Coronavirus Case

On Tuesday, the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) announced the first known case of COVID-19 (commonly known as Coronavirus) in Tripoli, Libya.

In an official statement, the NCDC said that the Libyan citizen who tested positive for COVID-19 had just returned from Saudi Arabia.

Earlier today, the NCDC confirmed that laboratory tests for 60 suspected cases of a novel coronavirus in Libya had come back negative.
