The Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, issued orders to the committees in charge of tackling the COVD-19 crisis to allow the return of Libyans stranded abroad before the holy month of Ramadan.

In a statement, Haftar said that after the necessary medical tests and quarantine are completed under the supervision of the ‘Supreme Committee to Combat Coronavirus’, nationals should be allowed to enter the country. The biggest concern for the committees is allowing their return without endangering society.
