Abir Moussa, the Head of Tunisia’s opposition, the Free Destourian Party, called on the Tunisian Parliament to reject foreign interference in Libya and prevent Tunisia from being used as a logistical base for parties to the conflict.

Moussa called for any decision taken by Parliament to be presented for deliberation and ratification in accordance with Tunisian law, which calls for each head of a bloc in the House of Representatives to submit a list for discussion to obtain approval.

The Free Destourian Party warned of the risks of a dictatorship brought about by the parliamentary coalition led by the ‘Ennahda Movement’ and ‘Heart of Tunisia’. It opposes the Ennahda Movement leader, Rached Ghannouchi, and Parliament.
