Belgassim Haftar emphasized the importance of expediting the implementation of these projects, which aim to meet the needs of the Libyan people and contribute to sustainable national growth. Fouad Al-Ghanem commended the Reconstruction Fund for its remarkable progress in a short period and praised its commitment to comprehensive development that aligns with Libya’s aspirations.
