On Friday, the Libyan Airports Authority (LAA) stated that the head of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Ashraf Noor, approved a recent request submitted by Afriqiyah Airlines. This is regarding the approval of a flight schedule for the winter season 2020/2021, with Egypt.

The LAA clarified that the flight schedule will begin from 27 October, with five flights per week.
The authority added that the flights between Libya and Egypt will begin, provided that compliance with the air routes is taken into account.
