The number of recruits who arrived in Libya has risen to 15,800, of which 5,600 have been returned to Syria.

Turkey continues to recruit fighters to transfer to Libya. In a statement, the SOHR added that Turkey has sent a new batch of Syrian fighters to join the forces of the Government of National Accord (GNA) against the Libyan National Army (LNA), led by Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar.
