Ali Omar Al-Takbali, a member of the Libyan Parliament, expressed his surprise at people who are satisfied with the corruption and Turkish occupation of the country, while rejecting the Libyan National Army’s defence of Libya.

“I am surprised by people who see the Turks occupying their country, with corruption being rampant everywhere, and rubbish filling the streets,” Al-Takbali tweeted.

“They wait for hours to get two hours of electricity or two buckets of water … and then they say the important thing is no to the army,” he added.
