Libyan football player, Mohamed Al-Sadiq Al-Rubai ended his professional career with Ukrainian Football Club Chaika Kyiv-Sviatoshyn Raion after a professional experience that spanned three seasons from 2018 to 2021. The club has competed in the Ukrainian Second League since 2018.

Al-Rubai decided to return to Libya after completing his education, in addition to gaining professional experience. The player thanked the club for the period he spent with them.

Al-Rubai was born on 20/06/1994, and plays as a central defender. Recent football seasons in Libya have been cancelled due to the situation in the country. This helped the spread of players in foreign leagues, specifically in neighbouring countries, before the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
