Chinese and Algerian FMs Discuss Recent Developments in Libya

During a phone call on Friday, Algerian Foreign Minister Sabri Boukadoum discussed with his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, several issues including the latest developments in Libya.

According to Chinese official media, Boukadoum expressed his deep concern over the deteriorating situation in Libya and his wish that China would play a constructive role in Libya.

The media added that the Chinese foreign minister elaborated on China’s consistent commitment to a political settlement of the Libyan crisis.
