Libyan Airlines in Benghazi has declared full support for the Libyan people’s call to hold transparent and inclusive presidential elections, describing the vote as a crucial step toward restoring national stability and unity.

In an official statement, the Benghazi branch of the national carrier said that years of political division have taken a heavy toll on essential sectors, including civil aviation. The company stressed that a national electoral process offers a genuine chance to revive state institutions and improve public services, directly affecting the daily lives of citizens across the country.

The airline invited all its staff and workers to gather on Friday, 28 November 2025, at Al-Keesh Square in Benghazi at 4 p.m., underlining its commitment to supporting stability, national cohesion, and the people’s will during this decisive period.

Libyan Airlines concluded its statement by urging all Libyans to uphold unity and safeguard the country’s future, noting that a unified national stance is essential to securing long-term peace and prosperity.
