The Prime Minister of the Interim Government, Abdullah Al-Thinni, issued strict instructions to all ministries, institutions, bodies, and public services to consult the Urban Planning Agency in case it intends to establish any new projects.

This came during a meeting with the head of the Urban Planning Authority, Abdul Hakim al-Sultani, who in turn presented a report on the work’s progress and highlighted the problems and obstacles facing the work and proposals for solving them.

The Prime Minister stressed the need to coordinate with the Urban Planning Authority for any government project, in order to take technical advice, especially with regard to urban agglomerations in which the interest is the primary jurisdiction.

Al-Thinni also stressed the need to cooperate with all government agencies to ensure that projects are completed without violations and in a decent manner.
