Libya’s Eastern Ministry of Interior Issues New Security Assignments in Several Cities

The Interior Minister of Libya’s Interim Government, Ibrahim Bushnaf, issued a decision to assign police officers new security tasks.

The decision stipulates the assignment of Brigadier Idris Al-Saeiti as Director of Al-Abyar Security, Brigadier General Adel Abdel Aziz as Director of Al-Bayda Security, Brigadier General Khaled Al-Basta as Director of Ajdabiya Security, Colonel Wanis Al-Shukry as Director of Benghazi Security, Colonel Muhammad Al-Dorsi as Director of Security at Imsaad Land Port, Colonel Ahmed Al-Shamikh as Director of Security for Ras Lanuf, and Colonel Gabriel Hamad as Director of Imsaad Security.

The second article of the decision included that it must be enforced from the date of its issuance and added that the competent authorities must implement the decision.
