Libya Oil Losses Reach $3.5 Billion

Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) said that the cumulative losses in oil production amounted to approximately 67 million barrels in the period from January 18 to March 22 due to the closure of ports and oilfields.

In its bulletin on Tuesday, the NOC estimated total losses of $ 3.53 billion, while the average daily losses amounted to about 40.79 million US dollars.

According to the NOC, daily production losses amounted to approximately one million barrels per day.
