IOM Says They Have Provided Assistance to Over 34,000 People in Libya

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) announced that during the past year it had provided assistance to more than 34,000 people in Libya.

In a statement on Tuesday, the IOM said that through the inter-agency Rapid Response Mechanism it was able to deliver essential non-food items to over 34,000 vulnerable people, especially in “hard-to-reach areas, including to those located in close proximity to conflict areas”.
