Ali Al-Soul, a member of the National Security Committee of Libya’s House of Representatives, said the Government of National Unity headed by Abdel-Hamid Dbaiba is responsible for revealing the full circumstances surrounding the crash of the aircraft carrying Al-Haddad and his companions.

In remarks to Al-Masar TV, Al-Soul said the parliament is closely following the case with the relevant authorities, noting that damage to the plane’s black box has raised serious questions about the causes and details of the incident.

He stressed that the current information requires extreme caution in dealing with preliminary investigation results, adding that the Dbaiba government bears full responsibility for providing transparency and clarifying what happened. Al-Sool also said the Public Prosecutor’s Office continues to monitor the file closely to ensure the case is resolved through legal channels.

The lawmaker underlined the need for a thorough and credible investigation to establish the facts and prevent speculation, given the sensitivity of the incident and its security implications.
