Interim Government Urges Completion of Projects Related to Roads and Airports in Libya

On Sunday, the Libyan Interim Government’s Prime Minister, Abdullah Al-Thinni instructed to expedite the completion of all projects related to roads and airports throughout Libya.

The meeting was convened at the headquarters of the Council of Ministers in Benghazi, in the presence of several officials, including the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Muhammad Ali Abdul Qadir, to discuss the work of the Transport General Authority.

Al-Thinni was briefed during the meeting on the work of all bodies affiliated to the Transport General Authority and the most prominent problems and obstacles faced by them and the mechanisms for their solution.

He touched on the progress achieved in all projects implemented by the government for the authority and the rates of completion, emphasizing the need to withdraw all projects that had not been launched and transfer them to companies able to implement them.
