A number of flights carrying Libyans stranded in Tunisia have landed in Libya’s Al Abraq International Airport over the last two days.

The Libyan returnees were received upon arrival by members of the monitoring team and advisory medical committee in order to take all precautionary measures against the coronavirus.

The committee’s head pointed out that all nationals have undergone all medical tests over coronavirus and will be also placed in a 14-day mandatory quarantine to ensure that they are free of the deadly virus.

The Director of the Al-Abraq Health Services Department, Saeed Mohamed, said that the committee also received a group of Libyans stranded in Egypt, noting that they were transferred to a quarantine hotel in Al-Bayda city.
