The Department of Health Services in Al-Bayda announced that 150 citizens who were stranded in Egypt have been discharged from their 14-day mandatory quarantine period at the Al-Thoraya hotel.

In a statement, the Department said that all tests had come back negative and all exit procedures had been successfully carried out.

Flights carrying Libyans stranded in Tunisia have landed in Al-Abraq International Airport over the past two days. They were received by members of the monitoring team and the Advisory Medical Committee.

The Committees said that all returnees would undergo medical tests for the virus and be placed in a 14-day quarantine. Meanwhile, Libya reported one new COVID-19 case on Sunday, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 65.
