Ministry of Interior closes all “hookah” cafes to prevent the spread of coronavirus

Libya’s Eastern based Ministry of Interior on Friday issued an order to close down all Hookah cafes as part of the precautionary measures being taken by the Interim Government to prevent a COVID-19 (otherwise known as coronavirus) outbreak.


Minister of Interior, Ibrahim Boushnaf, called on all citizens and cafe owners to cooperate in ensuring this decision is implemented smoothly and as soon as possible.
