Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Libyan Government of National Unity (GNU), Najla Al-Mangoush will pay an official visit to Italy in the coming days, according to the Italian news agency NOVA. During the visit, the next meeting of the Libyan-Italian Joint Technical Committee for Economic Cooperation will be discussed.

Last week, Al-Mangoush paid a visit to Tunisia and met with President Kais Saied, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Othman Jerandi. They discussed strengthening bilateral relations, and the close partnership between the two neighbours.

Al-Mangoush recalled the historic visit of the Tunisian President to Libya in March, and the strong and important messages it carried. She conveyed the greetings of the Head of the Presidential Council, and the Prime Minister of the GNU, and their “desire to work diligently and seriously in order to strengthen cooperation with Tunisia.”
