Libya’s House of Representatives has approved a dedicated budget of 210 million Libyan dinars for the High National Elections Commission (HNEC) to cover the costs of the long-awaited parliamentary and presidential elections scheduled for the upcoming period.
The allocation is intended to finance all logistical, technical, and administrative preparations required to organize nationwide polls, including voter registration, polling stations, ballot printing, staff training, and security coordination.
