An agreement was signed for the exchange of study seats between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Al-Azhar University. The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmed Al-Fitouri, the cultural and academic attaché, and Mohamed Hammouda, the legal attaché at the Embassy.

During the meeting, the delegation praised the efforts of the Embassy and the cultural attaché to solve the difficulties facing the delegated students and to provide them with all possible facilities.

The Ambassador welcomed the delegation, stressing that this success was the result of the cooperation and understanding shown by the Ministry of Higher Education, especially the Department of Attachés and Delegates Affairs.

Mesbah added that what the Embassy and the cultural attaché are doing toward all students is a duty. The Embassy and its employees will spare no effort in overcoming all the difficulties and obstacles they face in coordination with the Ministry of Higher Education.
